多官能團環(huán)氧樹脂,顧名思義,最大亮點就在于多個官能團上。由于這類環(huán)氧樹脂固化后交聯(lián)密度高,高溫下能保持優(yōu)異的機械性能和絕緣性能,因此常用于高溫膠和復合材料,尤其在碳纖維預浸料領域中能發(fā)揮十分重要的作用。
Multifunctional epoxy resin has the biggest characteristic of multiple functional groups. Due to its high cross-link density after curing, it maintains excellent mechanical properties and insulation performance at high temperature. It is often used in high-temperature adhesives and composite materials, especially in carbon fiber prepregs.

In this article, we mainly introduce three kinds of Synasia products (S-186, S-510 and S-720). Through comparative analysis, we will share their different features and applications with readers.
新納希牌號 S-186 是一款三官能團縮水甘油酯類環(huán)氧樹脂,性狀為無色至淺黃色液體,25℃粘度在2000~3500CPS范圍內(nèi),可以使用纏繞工藝,用于高壓氣瓶、電機轉(zhuǎn)子等碳纖維復合材料。
Synasia product grade S-186 is a trifunctional glycidyl ester epoxy resin. Its appearance is colorless to light yellow liquid. Its viscosity at 25℃ ranges from 2000CPS to 3500CPS. This grade can be applied in the winding process, suitable for high-pressure gas cylinders, motor rotors and other carbon fiber composite materials.
由于分子中含有一個脂環(huán)環(huán)氧基和兩個縮水甘油酯基,所以 S-186 既具有脂環(huán)族環(huán)氧化合物的耐高溫和耐候性,又具有縮水甘油酯環(huán)氧化合物的高強度和高粘結性。
As its molecule contains one cycloaliphatic epoxy group and two glycidyl ester groups, S-186 can not only offer high temperature resistance and weather resistance of the cycloaliphatic epoxy compound, but it also possesses high strength and high adhesion of the glycidyl ester epoxy compound.
因存在高反應活性的縮水甘油酯基,故 S-186 的反應活性比一般的脂環(huán)族環(huán)氧樹脂大,環(huán)氧值較高,與固化劑的溶解性能好,可采用酸酐及胺類作為固化劑。固化產(chǎn)物熱穩(wěn)定性好,以間苯二胺固化的馬丁耐熱溫度為185℃,而以70#酸酐固化的馬丁耐熱溫度為156℃。
Due to the presence of highly reactive glycidyl ester group, the reactivity of S-186 is greater than that of cycloaliphatic epoxy resins. It offers a higher epoxy value and better solubility with curing agent. Anhydrides and amines can be used as the hardener of S-186. The cured product has good thermal stability. Its Martens heat resistance temperature after curing with m-phenylenediamine reaches 185°C. Its Martens heat resistance temperature after curing with 70# anhydride is 156°C.

Synasia product grade S-510 is a trifunctional mixed type epoxy resin, because it comes with both glycidyl amine group and glycidyl ether group. It is yellow liquid with purity of over 95% and viscosity range at 25℃ from 400CPS to 850CPS. Due to its fast curing speed, strong heat resistance and good stability, it is often used in high temperature resistant adhesives, carbon fiber composite materials, casting and sealing of micro motor parts and many others.
由于分子中含有三個環(huán)氧基團和一個芳香環(huán),因此 S-510 固化后交聯(lián)密度高,固化產(chǎn)物具有優(yōu)異的機械性能和耐熱性,同時也能給予優(yōu)異的抗溶劑和抗腐蝕能力,通常選用胺類和酸酐類作為固化劑。
Because its molecule contains three epoxy groups and one aromatic ring, S-510 has a high cross-linking density after curing. The cured product has excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance, while also giving excellent resistance to solvent and corrosion. Generally amines and anhydrides are used as the curing agent of S-510.
可用作:
1. 電子級的油墨樹脂;
2. RTM主體樹脂;
3. 耐高溫高性能復合材料基體樹脂。
Can be used for:
1. Electronic grade ink resin;
2. RTM main resin;
3. High temperature resistant and high performance composite base resin.
新納希牌號 S-720,簡稱 TGDDM,是一款四官能團縮水甘油胺類環(huán)氧樹脂,性狀為黃色至紅棕色粘稠狀液體,50℃粘度在3000-6000CPS范圍內(nèi),常用于耐高溫復合材料和高溫膠等領域。
Synasia product grade S-720, referred to as TGDDM, is a four-functional glycidyl amine epoxy resin. It is yellow to reddish-brown viscous liquid. Its viscosity at 50℃ ranges from 3000CPS to 6000CPS. This product is often used in high temperature resistant composites and high-temperature adhesives.
因分子中有四個環(huán)氧基團和兩個芳香環(huán),所以 S-720 活性可以達到雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹脂的10倍,其固化速度快,固化產(chǎn)物交聯(lián)密度極大,收縮率低,具有高TG、高強度和較長的儲存期,通常也選用胺類和酸酐類作為固化劑。
Because there are four epoxy groups and two aromatic rings in the molecule, the activity of S-720 can reach 10 times that of bisphenol A epoxy resin. Its curing speed is fast and the cross-linking density of the cured product is extremely large. Other advantages of S-720 include low shrinkage rate, high TG, high strength and long storage period. Usually S-720 is used with the curing agent like amines and anhydrides.
